The closest station is JR Mitaka station. A Community Bus is available from Mitaka station South exit, Bus stop #9.

Basically the tickets are sold only in Japan and exclusively at Lawson, one of the major convenient stores in Japan.

To reserve the tickets, find Loppi (ticket selling machine in Lawson) and follow the instruction described on this Lawson’s page.
